Regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Watchmen Ordinance, 1928, Ordinance No. 6 of 1928, on the 12th day of April, 1928.
1. Every watchman shall pay to the Captain Superintendent of Police a fee of $1 upon registration in the Watchmen's Register. Every watchman shall be registered either as a police watchman or as a private watchman, at his own option. On any registration as a private watchman of a watchman who is already registered as a police watchman, and on any registration as a police watchman of a watchman who is already registered as a private watchman, such watchman shall pay to the Captain Superintendent of Police a fee of $1.

2. The Captain Superintendent of Police shall issue to each registered Licence book, watchman a licence book bearing the name, photograph, thumb print and registered number of such watchman.
3. Every registered watchman shall
(a) at all times carry his licence book;
(b) produce his licence book on demand to any police officer ; (c) produce his licence book at Police Headquarters for endorsement immediately upon entering on any employment and upon the termination of his employment by any particular employer; (d) deliver up his licence book to the Captain Superintendent of Police immediately upon being removed from the Watchmen's Register;
(e) deposit his licence book with the Captain Superintendent of Police before leaving the Colony unless he leaves the Colony in the course of his employment as watchman and intends to return to the Colony; and
(f) not transfer his licence book to any other person.
4. Every employer shall when ceasing to employ any particular watch- man enter in such watchman's licence book a note of the date upon which he ceases to employ such watchman, and shall sign the said note.

5. The Captain Superintendent of Police shall issue to each police Badge. watchman a badge bearing the registered number of such watchman, and such watchman shall:-
(a) wear his badge at all times while on duty;
(b) produce his badge on demand to any police officer;
(c) deliver up his badge to the Captain Superintendent of Police immediately upon being removed from the Watchmen's Register; and
(d) deposit his badge with the Captain Superintendent of Police before leaving the Colony permanently or temporarily, unless he leaves the Colony in the course of his employment as watchman and intends to return to the Colony.

6. Every person into whose possession any licence book or badge issued Finder, etc., under these regulations may come, other than the watchman to whom such licence was issued or the watchman who is for the time entitled to possess such badge, shall immediately deliver up such licence book or badge to the Captain Superintendent of Police.
